Thanks for your e-mail. Our Comments are as follows:
Location: very close to the North Point MTR station.-in the central of a wet market, very dirty.
Room: spacious and with a small kitchen, but can not find pans or cups, so no use. Bed is a little hard, but ok. The shower is good, strong water pressure.
Wall is thin, we could hear noise outside. Window could not open.

Service: Staff stand by the door never greetings us. Housekeeping service is unfriendly and impatient. They not really clean the room carefully. We could see stains on the carpet.

View: Some reviews say that they got good views of the Victoria Harbor, but we could only see the dirty market through our window.

Probably will not stay in this hotel again in the future.
