This was my first Hotel when I came to Ningbo. Later I tried different Home Inns and these were a lot of better...

Booking through TCG was very good, we really appreciate your services.
Hotel Sunny Ningbo is good but the problem is language.
The Taxi's are expensive to go from Airport to Hotel, comparing the return from Hotel to Airport.
Overall the problem is language and if this is improved you can expect more visitors

Good location! It only takes 5 minutes by drive from the hotel to the railway station. And the super market is near by, it's very easy to go shopping. Room is spacious and bright though the decoration is a little bit old. There is internet access available in the room. Receptionist should be well trained. When I check out, it takes me so long time to settle the bill. It seems that the girl is a green-hand.

There was no support to help in luggage pickup. It was like self-help hotel.
Otherwise all other things including internet in room was nice.

The hotel was good, the staff service too, the city is small so we can move easy from one place to another, and the train station is really close maybe 5 minutes by taxi, was an advantage for us.
I talked about the services with my mexican friends and maybe I will contact you again for a travel to Shanghai, I'm not sure yet about the month, your my favorite travel company. Your webpage is great, the information is very useful and you have the best prices in China!! Thanks for your support, best regards for all the staff.
