Novotel hotel is very good. TCG service is also excellent, I booked the hotel with TCG, and the provided me the hotel address for me to find the hotel location and the hotel voucher for my check in purpose. As fro the hotel, the room is nice and clean, but the bathroom needs more light. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. The hotel staff is very helpful with excellent English skills. I would like to recommend TCG and Novotel hotel to everyone. Thank you for your excellent service.
