This is a slightly dated hotel but room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel tourist Info Centre was very helpful. The girl there told us which bus to take to see the Terracotta Warrior's and how to get there. She also wrote a note for the taxi driver.
The staff was also very friendly and patient. They changed us from a twin bed room to queen bed when we request on second day. The breakfast on top floor was plentiful with good quality. We may stay there again for our trip in Xian.

It is located close to Xiaozhai Commercial Area and the airport shuttle bus could reach the hotel directly. The hotel itself is comfortable and recommendable, because staff is polite and professional; room is decent and clean with typical Chinese decoration.
The hotel’s revolving restaurant is a highlight, where one could enjoy good views of the city when having breakfast. Conveniently, there’s a Carrefour supermarket with 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.

Thank you for your kind hospitality and good services. The general situation and location of the hotel was good. I had a problem with the newspaper in hotel because it was written in chinese. Most of the tourists who come from out of the country, don't know chinese. So it's better that the hotel offer the English Newspaper.

The service of TravelChinaGuide was very helpful. The hotel had the records of the booking and rate. The printout of the hotel name in CHINESE was very helpful. None of the taxi drivers understood the English name. (Best of all, the discount!)
The service at Orient Hotel Xi'an was good. Everyone was very helpful and understood some English.
