I thought that Hong Kong hotels are quite small but with a high room rate, but when I firstly come here, I realized I was wrong. It is very clean and not that small. The receptionists offer very good service. The breakfast was delicious. The key point is that it is very convenient to the causeway bay. There is bus to central, the ocean park. I booked one room and was sent to the airport for free. It was really worthy! If I booked with TravelChinaGuide earlier, I might have got a much cheaper room. Thank for you guys!

Dear Sir,
I am sorry to report that our stay at the hotel was less than satisfactory.
When we arrived a very lovely young lady asked us if we would like an upgrade and explained that it included breakfast, Internet, mini bar with up to 12 items per day. We thought why not.
However the mini bar was locked our first day and was not opened until after 10:30 pm only after we called several times. The Internet did not work from our room no matter how many passwords the front desk gave us. There were no chips or snacks any of the days we stayed. We took a total of 3 waters of which none were replaced, and to top it off our phone did not work properly. It rang on several occasions with no one at the other end. We were only able to make a call from the toilet. The manager removed one day up grade charges. I did not want to argue but I do believe we did not get the service we paid for.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Nancy Green

My husband and I stayed for 3 days in one of the executive suites and the experience was worth it. The room has a full length glass window on one side overloking Kowloon Bay which is fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and the amenities are excellent. The staff we talked to were more than happy to help. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their services.
