Dear TCG team, I was very satisfied with your booking service! You were very helpful and I will surely book through you again! Thanks for that. However there are some issues with the hotel we stayed at. First it took us one hour to find it because the staff there were not able to describe where we have to go. they are really helpless when it comes to describe how to find the hotel. One standard sentence is not enough to describe the location, especially when they don't get where we are.... anyway, one hour later we found the hotel and checked in. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. When we wanted to check out there were some problems again. First, it cannot be such a big drama to have lost the receipt for the key deposit. There is only one key and nobody else could claim the 200 RMB without returning the key.... so, too many unnecessary discussions about a sheet of paper... then, a hotel cannot charge their guests for used or dirty towels. Every guest needs to use towels and every laundry service in the world can get some minor stains clean again. It is just ridiculous and sad when the staff refuses to clean towels, which apparently cannot be cleaned any more because they are dirty. We had to get a regular soap and demonstrate how to wash the towel to get it clean again- which of course was no problem at all! I do not know what was wrong with the staff there but they seemed to have very little knowledge and just said no to everything?! Too bad, I think they could do a better service and the staff should be a bit more qualified and behave like trained people instead of just standing around and smile. There is more than that when you work at a hotel. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed about their inflexibility. But in general, the hotel itself is nice, just do not challenge the staff!

The TCG Booking center service isaomething i could not complain about. The agents were so friendlyy and they helpeed me through my hotel booking in China. It was my very first trip to China and i was worried about not getting into the right hotel. The TCG helped me through it by giving many important information and refderences about the hotels. The staff halped me by telling me how to get to the city, its rates, and even though i made some trouble myself by not having fulfilled some requirements for the boooking, the TCG made everything simple and nothing to worry bout. But perhpas they need to double up the blanket during wonter, and my room had no heater installed, or if it did, it didn't work. About the location, it's very perfectly situatedin the heart of Wangfujing Shopping centre, and close to a good bookstore and mcdonalds. It was good. I like the room because it's clean and comfy,,, but.... just cold. It is a good hotel for those who appreciate cleanliness. Thank you OPH
