People were not able or willing to communicate with guests. I have traveled throughout the world and have never run into such poor service anywhere else.
People at the front desk kept on making mistakes with the bookings and missing details such as credit card deposits. Their English and French skills were almost zero, and their attitude was not one of trying to help or make my stay pleasant.
The restaurant was very overpriced and there was no service whatsoever: There was never coffee in the pots, food didn't get replenish on time so people had to wait for long periods of time.
The telephone in my room didn't work and nobody fixed it in the whole time I was there, in spite of my many requests to have it looked at.

Location is very good. The room was very nice, well cleaned and with exception of a hairdryer well equiped. The bed was one of the hardest that I have experienced.

The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks some English.

A major problem we had during our stay was with the water which was either steaming hot or freezing cold. We reported this the morning of second day and it was not fixed when we left the next day.

Overall it an ok hotel for the price and I can imagne staying there again.

I enjoyed Panorama Century Court again. However, I would really appreciate if they could take care of a better protection of their computer lines. It was continuous bombardment of viruses on my computer.

Services, staff etc. were great as always. I plan to stay at the hotel again on 9-11 July.

I was extremely satisfied with the Panorama Century Court. They did not have an room available on their highest floors... So they gaved us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite on 17th floor.
