Thank you for your email and your enquiry about our stay in Panorama Century Court in Shanghai. Regarding the service of TCG Booking Center, everything was convenient and easy going. The only remark to say was about the optional comment that we have done on the booking form. We just mentioned that we wish to be located as high as possible. I am not sure that this was transmitted as a preference to the hotel. In fact the room was at the 15th floor (on 30) and this was too low to have the correct view, witch was bothered by the back of an advertising panel installed on the in front hotel's roof, located near the river. We just thought, next time the one where to be is the one in front. The hotel was good, well located, and the staff gentle and efficient. The quality/price ratio was interesting. Special good mention for the location of the restaurant at the top floor, having a great view. This was particularly appreciated at the breakfast time to start your day.

We are exceptionally satisfied with the service of TCG Booking Center, in particular Molly Jin and her team (I appologize for not remember the name besides Molly). The response is fast and very helpful, I definitely will recommend others to TCG. The Panaroma Century Court is at the perfect location except the staff service is below expectation, the bathroom condition need remodeling. Over all the TCG Booking Center did a fantastic job and I would like to use the service again.
