my hotel was well booked in Shanghai when I arrived, at the price I had agreed with you. It is a very very well located place in the city and even the standard rooms are OK with this old english fashioned furniture. It is clean, I had no view from my window, but if I wanted to see anything I just had to go out. I did not use the facilities in the hotel, no breakfast (I could boil myself a tea with the kettle) , no restaurant, so I cannot judge. Once, I had a drink and noticed that the waitresses, young and helpful, were not able to bring the drink and the nuts at the same time... Anyway a place that I alredady recommanded to my friends. MA Lescourret probablyn with the years, the servants and the satff will improve their english. Guest Name : Miss. I had requested information from the Concierge by letter in advance. All the information was provided in great detail when I checked in. The room was large and comfortable for two people. For only 86 USD we got rather good room with everything in it and some extra - a PC with free internet access!! And it is located near the central area -Nanjing road where the main action is going on. All the famous places are near-by. I believe your service was very efficient, however, I did encounter problems with my accommodation. The location was good, however, my room was the length and size of a corridor. The hot water did not work unless you left it on for 10-15 minutes and was very low pressure and the final straw was when there was a terrible smell in the room. I requested a room change and the room was then fine. If I had not been put in the original room I would have had no problems with the hotel and would have provided a good report to you.
