I am 100% satisfied with the customer service at TCG Booking Center. I have use the booking service twice now, and both times the service was extremely efficient and quick to deal with my needs.

Nanjing was amazing, Purple Mountain, Nightlife, Food, everything was perfect. We actually spent little time at the hotel, but when we were there, the service was truly 5 star.

About TCG: I really loved your service. The hotel address in Chinese, sent with the voucher, was wonderful. I didn't have any problem in none of the reservations during our visit in China. We made 8 reservations using TCG and all of them where perfect. We decided to change one of the hotels just one day before and we used your on-line service, that was wonderful too.

Parkview Dingshan Hotel, Nanjing: They have two buildings and we stayed at the poor cousin, but it was ok. The beds were not so nice but it had good sheets and nice towels and good shower. The location was not convenient.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for two nights. Hotel location was a little far away from the city center, but the room was very luxurious and comfortable. Both of us were very satisfied with their excellent and humanistic service. On my arrival date, luckily it was my wife's birthday. After we checked in the room, a pretty girl present us a bottle of red wine and a nice birthday card to our room for celebrating. We are so surprised and touched. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone due to their excellent service.
