It combines luxury serviced apartments with office building. Adjacent to the famous Yue Xiu Park and close to China Import and Export Fair, it is easily accessible. You can stay near the Guangzhou railway station, where many markets selling clothes, toys and shoes stood. You may consider the following ones: China Hotel, A Marriott Hotel, Guangzhou, Landsman Hotel Guangzhou and Parkview Square Hotel, Guangzhou.

There are some cheapest markets for clothes, shoes and etc nearby the Guangzhou train station in Yuexiu District. Thus, hotels like Sino Trade Center, Guangzhou, Parkview Square Hotel, Guangzhou in the train station area are suggested for you.

I am afraid I could not find a cheap hotel in Guangzhou meeting your request. As I know, there is a main wholesale market around Guangzhou Railway Station. And you may select some 3-star hotels nearby, such as New Mainland Hotel, Guangzhou Sino Trade Center, Guangzhou, Parkview Square Hotel, Guangzhou and so on. And the room rate is about 500RMB per night.
