1. Facilities are all appreciable.
2. Hotel management should look into the comfort of the guest in all aspects.
3. They should increase the number of TV channels with different languages other than the assigned channels. They have only 18 channels out of which three are English and rest are Chinese. When I requested for the other options they refused.
4. There should be the staff of English speaking with full knowledge of translation from Chinese.
5. There should be a person with full knowledge of guiding the guest with full support.

Regarding Parkyard Hotel, Shanghai,
1) One of the best hotel.
2) Rooms are well equipped as per international standard.
3) Staff service is good.
4) Communication is main problem. However, it was possible to carry on with the reception staff with English communication.
