Thanking you for giving the opportunity to describe certain points to be taken care for the facility of the guest. 1. Facilities are all appreciable. 2. Hotel management should look into the comfort of the guest in all aspects. 3. They should increase the number of TV channels with different languages other than the assigned channels. They have only 18 channels out of which three are English and rest are Chinese. When I requested for the other options they refused. 4. There should be the staff of English speaking with full knowledge of translation from Chinese. 5. There should be a person with full knowledge of guiding the guest with full support. Regarding Parkyard Hotel, Shanghai, 1) One of the best hotel. 2) Rooms are well equipped as per international standard. 3) Staff service is good. 4) Communication is main problem. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiang station subway station. And only 5 minutes by taxi to Shanghai Exhibition Center. It seems newly opened. The room facility is very nice and good-quality. There are also swimming pool and fitness center in the hotel. Staffs are all very very helpful. When I checked out at the hotel, I left my passport and some cashes in the room private safe. And I didn’t aware until I came to the airport. I was so worried about it at that time and called the hotel receptionist right away. Luckily, the hotel found them soon.
