Dear TCG staff,
Good morning, every thing very good, hotel very nice, the front desk staff and all the bell boy very helpful, only I so disjointed for the 5th level of the coffee house for we take breakfast the staff they not friendly, especially early in the morning we like to see the smiling face to make a day bright and fresh, but almost every morning we only see their face no smiling and not helpful.

Thank you for your suggested hotel which made me the very wonderful days in china. I just propose the hotel's management to arrange several transportation to the city center with different stations, because the distance and taxi rates are insupportable. I will surely return to this hotel again.
