Breakfast included is a buffet with luke warm dishes. Reception staff speaks very limited english. Called housekeeping for 3 face cloths and got a box of tissue, then I showed housekeeping and received 3 hand towels. It would be nice if the business office with the internet access stays open later than 8 PM. Hotel is a 4-star grade. The hotel is part of a luxury apartment complex. It has a coffee shop and a Cantonese restaurant. The former is always empty while the latter is reasonably priced. Recreation is limited to a gym only. The lobby and deluxe room are 5-stars grade. However, the reception staffs can only speak very limited english, it’s very difficult to get clear answers from them.
