Nice location, just 40minutes walking distance to the Tiananmen square. However, I have so say my experience in Prime hotel was not good. Poor service, the hotel staff at the reception was rude, she wagered to talk with a gentle boy cheerfully and ignored us at the corner, as if we were sculptures more than human beings. When she finally saw us there, we never found any smile on her face anymore. Why? Room was so-so, not so spacious, and just clean. The next day morning, we went to restaurant for breakfast, bad experience again, cold dishes with cold service. Perhaps this is so called Chinese five star hotel. To me it is 3 star at all! This trip is for our 10 years anniversary, but the bad experience made my husband and me unhappy deeply.

This hotel has a very good location. It’s only three blocks to the famous Wangfujing area, convenient for shopping or visiting tourism spots. Besides, the hotel itself is very attractive. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. And the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is super good. TCG service is also good. Easy to make a hotel booking, always getting fast and prompt reply. Will definitely use it again in the future.

We enjoyed our visit to China. It was more business than pleasure so my comments will be in that regard.
TCG was very helpful, excellent service, response time, and on top of the situation. Great Service.
Prime hotel was excellent. Got a room with no view though, maybe it was the price. Very comfortable, very spacious and worth every cent. The staff were very helpful, it helps when they can speak English, and I think they should encourage them to learn or employ those who speak.
