I booked this hotel through your internet and I was lucky because it was the perfect one. The very modern hotel served food that was delicious. I was welcomed graciously. The communications skills of the hotel was also perfect and the location was near the business area. In short, the hotel service was excellent and they charged a fair rate. Our first stay was at Prime Hotel Beijing. The room was lovely, restaurant was excellent. We had no complaints until the day we checked out of our room, as we came the door with our bags we noted the house keepers waiting in the doorway of the room opposite. Before we could even get our way out of the room they were straight in obviously checking minibar etc. They had already asked me at checkout if I had used the minibar and I had advised I had not.
