I booked this hotel through your internet and I was lucky because it was the perfect one. The very modern hotel served food that was delicious. I was welcomed graciously. The communications skills of the hotel was also perfect and the location was near the business area. In short, the hotel service was excellent and they charged a fair rate. The room was lovely, restaurant was excellent. We had no complaints until the day we checked out of our room, as we came the door with our bags we noted the house keepers waiting in the doorway of the room opposite. Before we could even get our way out of the room they were straight in obviously checking minibar etc. They had already asked me at checkout if I had used the minibar and I had advised I had not. There were no complications, it all went very smoothly and there were no unpleasent surprises. Thank you very much! Our room was very nice, the location was near perfect and the staff was very nice. The surroundings were perfect for business/vacation travelling,and it suited my needs excellently. Some small negative comments though:The room smelled very badly of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and the business-center charged 135 Rmb for 10 pages of incomming fax, which is more than any hotel in Europe would charge. The room was large and comfortable with a large and beautiful bath room, good beds, well functioning air-conditioning and a well needed refrigerator. The only slight problem for us, not knowing the Chinese language, was the difficulties with the English language of some persons in the staff.
