From my 2 years experience of using the services of Travel China Guide, I have found the service level to be prompt, reliable and efficient. The staff are courteous and give of their best all the time. Prime Hotel is a 3 star hotel which is worthy of the price which is paid for. The rooms are reasonably clean and service level good. One recommendation though which the hotel can learn from Western Hotel practices is that if you are a regular repeat customer they should make an attempt to give you a free upgrade if there are suitable rooms available.
