 Actually, I stayed in this hotel for three times, but for the second time I stayed in Prime Hotel - Ginza, Chengdu, and this time I stayed in Prime Hotel, Chengdu. I would like to say that Prime Hotel ?Ginza is very deluxe and modern, but Prime Hotel is a little old, at least it looks not so fashionable as Prime Hotel ?Ginza. However, I was satisfied with my staying in this hotel. Firstly, the hotel enjoys easy access to the airport and the train station; it takes about 30 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to railway station. Prime Hotel ?Ginza also has the same location. Secondly the hotel room rate is reasonable, lower than Prime Hotel ?Ginza, this is the difference. The hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. I would like to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is excellent and better than expected. The staff are friendly and warm. Its location beside the numerous shopping malls is excellent. I ordered Pizza Hut for delivery to my room without extra charge and their service was fast and food was hot. The request for extension of room was done quickly without problems. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously in Chengdu.
The Booking Centre offers competitive prices and we hope to get better prices in future. The website was easy to navigate and we have more faith in using this website in future, since everything went very well.

I was very satsified with your services during the period when I was preparing this trip in China. The communication with TravelChinaGuide(TCG) has been very efficient. Very quick action and reactions and responce time. TCG has been a good help in organising this trip.
The location of Prime Hotel is excellent, but we had a minor appreciation for quality of the rooms in this Hotel. On your Webside, this Hotel is showing a room with a nice and modern bathroom, which creates high expectations. But in reality the rooms and bathrooms of the hotel are very old and not clean, specially the carpets are giving a bad impression because of mould problems. This Hotel needs to invest in the renewel of all carpets and sanitair ( corrosion ). Also the service from this Hotel people was Ok as said before.
In all Hotels we got good Staff services. Even when the communicaton was sometimes difficult because of poor English, the people largely compensated with a lot of goodwill to help the hotel guests. We always got the service we were asking for.

(1) The service of the TCG Booking Center is good except that it is difficult to get through their Fax Number. In the end I had to scan the confirmation booking document and send this as an attachment through email.
(2) The location of Prime Hotel in Chengdu is excellent. It is in the shopping district with many food outlets including McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut and many other local food. You could get almost anything you need within walking distance. The service of the hotel is also good.

I think the location of the hotel was superb. If you're not into Sichuan taste or even when you just crave for western food, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC is literally just around the corner. The hotel is also just behind a department store/shopping mall which can be really good if you need something ASAP.Staff
The guy who assisted us during check-in was very helpful and patient (i think he was the manager or the assistant manager). But during check-out, the duty manager (or assistant manager) was the exact opposite. It also took them quite a while (more than 15minutes probably) to calculate the payment during check-out.
Although i asked for a non-smoking room, i was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I didn't have ANY problem changing it though.
Facilities
- The internet fee at the business center was way too expensive at 1rmb per MINUTE. But it is a hotel, hotels in China probably charge that much, i'm not sure.
- The air ticketing service was fast and the lady assigned was very helpful.
- Laundry service was also 5star..
Overall
I would go back to this hotel. It was a pleasant experience albeit having found some glitches on their service. The location was very good, the cleanliness of the hotel should be rated at 3.99 (on a scale of 5), and the price was really good for what we got.

I enjoyed and I am satisfied with the excellent service from the TCG Booking Centre. I also wish you to pass on my thanks to the staff, especially at the reception desk who were very helpfull and courteous at all times.
My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the room as I felt it was poorly lit.

Hi, the Prime hotel was great for the money, best breakfast for sure. Location was great in a modern and upscale shopping center with the pedestrian shopping street out in front.

We are very happy with the quick response time and the additional help given.
As for the facilities in this hotel, we can't say much as we did not really explore the hotel and did not have the luxury of the time. However, we are very happy with the location which is next to the shopping area.
