Prime Hotel - Ginza, Chengdu lies in the famous business street - ChunXi Road. The hotel started business in 2004 and has 271 guest rooms of different types. Each room is equipped with international direct dialing, central air conditioner, bathroom, 24-hour hot water, free washing tools, bathrobe, bathtub, hair drier, slippers, writing desk, electric sockets in different standards, safe, electric kettle, free bottle water, mini bar and mini refrigerator, etc. In the hotel building, there are some other facilities for guests' convenience, such as the newly opened Pacific Department Store- Women' Paradise, a gymnasium measuring 120 square meters, a snack street and a multi-functional conference hall on the18th floor.

First time in Chengdu and booked the Prime Hotel online.
Location is great as it is just next to Chunxi Road (busy shopping district). The lobby area is quite old but the business room that I was in was new and clean. Breakfast was not too bad as well for RMB48.
Overall, I must say that the hotel is worth the money for leisure travelers. Be prepared for peak hours jams if you are rushing for business meetings outside of city area.

My reservation by TCG was handled professionally and smoothly. However, I made the mistake of booking the Prime Hotel without realizing that there are actually 2 Prime Hotels within the same management. The first older Prime Hotel was very run down and in dire need of repairs and refurbishment. It was a terrible first night. Fortunately, I was able to move to the other much newer Prime Hotel GINZA although the room rate was double that of the other Prime but well worth it. I am planning another visit to Chengdu and shall definitely stay at the Prime Hotel GINZA. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Prime Hotel - Ginza, Chengdu is conveniently located where restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets are within walking distance. Price of the hotel is very reasonable, room is clean although a little bit on the small side - mine is a single room. Hotel facilities & staff service are acceptable.
I will definitely use TCG booking service again the next time I visit China.

The hotel enjoys easy transportation to the airport, the railway station and the Chengdu-Chongqing expressway station. Environment nearby is very beautiful and nice. Hotel room is clean and very spacious. The hotel reception staff is very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel, and I would like to stay in prime hotel -Ginza again next time.
