Qian Yang Grand Hotel is a very good four star hotel; I would like to recommend this hotel to all. The hotel has a good location, with easy access to the city center and the rail way station, the hotel is also near to the Imperial Summer Villa. The hotel room is very clean and spacious, all facilities in the room work very well. the hotel staffs are very helpful and courteous, I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel.
In addition, I would like to highly recommend TCG booking service; I made many reservations with TCG during my trip in China. Thank you for your excellent service.

The 8 of us in this particular tour group are disgusted at the cleanliness of the whole bathrooms. It was very dirty, some of us actually skipped bathing ! Please scrubs your bathrooms! And please change the stained dirty carpet floors too !
