Small cramped room with dirty carpet floor. Dirty window which opens to a brick wall six feet away. Unbearable noise from whiney machine when window is open. Room also lacked insulation which resulted in noisy hallways and voices from room next door. No elevator service.
On the positive side, the hotel has an excellent restaurant...clean with good service and good food.

The location of the hotel is very great. There are many restaurants (eg. KFC, McDonald) and supermarkets nearby. Room is clean and nice. Bathroom is very spacious and hot water is ample, showing comfortably. Also, the hotel provides dryer in the bathroom, which is not in common in same star rate hotel. Staff service is not positive, check-in and check-out should be more efficient. English skill of receptionist still need to be improved. Overall, the hotel is good. I would like to recommend anyone to stay.
