Thanks for your email in regarding of our stay at the hotel. We would like to tell the hotel to anyone:

1. The hotel location and surroundings were good and you can arrive at the Jiuzhaigou within a few minutes' walk. The room is clean and tidy.

2. The hotel was not very excellent. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste or tomb. You would better prepare before check in the hotel. The air-conditioner did not work well and we felt a little cold in the room. The service is moderate.

3. The food in the hotel is expensive. We would like to eat outside the hotel and the price was reasonable.

4. There is also a deposit for the room card. Take care of your room card.

Besides, one should pay more attention if you need the morning call service. We stayed at the hotel for three days and we asked for a morning call at 7:00am. The first day, there was no problem. The second day, we did not wake up until 8:00am, and later we realized that the staff has forgot to call us in the morning. Since we will take an early flight on the third day, we informed the staff at the reception purposely to call us the next morning. As a result, we were waken up at 6:30am the third morning. So, people need the morning call would better set an alarm in advance since the staff seems a little absent-minded.

Service was very poor, even with a native chinese speeker. Room was over priced for what was offered. Beds were like sleeping on the floor!!!

Hello,
I'm back from my trip to China and I'm really satsfied of the trip and of the service and the choice of the hotels.

1. Concerning the service before the reservation, I'm happy to tell you that I was very satisfied of the service (reaction time, correctness of the information, simplicity, ...). I will certainly re-use and recommend your services. I had also to clarify and modify some reservations by phone during my trip and did went well with your helpdesk (but see my suggestion hereafter).

2. Concerning the hotels, I was also satisfied. I just have two comments concerning the hotel in Jiuzhaigou:
* the hotel doesn't accept credit cards
* the room were a little bit cold and there was no heater, only air conditionning.
For the rest, I'm satisfied of your service and I want to thank you for the quality and the politeness of your staff.
