Many thanks for the rendered services in hotel booking - we have received the numbers. Linen and towels were fresh. Some personnel don’t speak on English. The breakfast was poor. The hotel is located not far from quay (10 minutes). Every evening before a dream walked. To all sights of 10-15 minutes by a taxi it very much not expensive.

The hotel is well located, in the center near everything interesting for a foreigner.
The staff doesn’t speak a word of English but it's ok if you speak Chinese a bit , it would be enough. The room are big, the bed large, and the bathroom is huge and very clean! Actually I really enjoy the hotel it one of the cheapest nice well known hotel in this area.

Learned how to compensate the issues from previous feedback and here are mine.
Location: Great
Overall: Acceptable with that pricing ranges.
Food: Great
Service: Save 30 min longer for communcation, use lower speed English to help, no problem after using the trick.
Staff: Friendly, great even having communication problems.
Future trip: Plan to be there again in Oct-09

I would not visit the Qingdao Champs Elysees Business Hotel for a second time, although it's well located between old and new city center. The hotel needs renovation; the breakfast wasn't good at all. The room was clean, but the floors were really dirty. The staff was really friendly, but could hardly speak English.
The booking through TCG Booking Center was really easy and comfortable. I would book again with this service.

Hello,
1. My stay was okay. The hotel is very centrally located, which was great. The front desk staff was friendly, though the language barrier created some difficulty at times. This was primarily of concern when I checked out, as we had a hard time trying to communicate about the charges and their system of calculating the charges.
2. The booking process went well. I appreciated the feedback I got about how to navigate the hotel before I got there. I would use that system again in the future.
Thanks!
Lisa
