Opened in 2000, the Qinhuangdao International Trade Hotel is a foreign-related hotel. Benefiting from its advantageous location in city center, the hotel is supported with convenient transportation. Covering a construction area of 32,000 square meters, it has various well-furnished guest rooms, consisting of standard rooms, single rooms and suites. All its beds are in Chinese style. The restaurant of the hotel owns almost 1,000 sites, and it offers different kinds of foods like Sichuan Cuisine, Guangzhou Cuisine, and Huaiyang Cuisine in order to receive different forms of tourism groups, meeting groups, and individual guests. The hotel owns the largest skip-floor international conference center in Qinhuangdao which has a capacity of 600 people at the same time. There are also another four small and medium-sized meeting rooms which can satisfy different guests' needs.

Frankly speaking, this is a faded 4 star. Inefficient and confused service. When I checked in, it wastes me nearly 20 minutes to find the booking and room though I was very tired.

The room I had was shabby but clean. The lobby bar had a barmaid but no drinks. I don't mean no alcoholic drinks. No liquid at all!!

The hotel looks very good and modern and the hotel room looks beautiful and comfortable, but the room is not spacious. The hotel provides varied delicious food; both Chinese food and Western food are provided in the hotel. My wife and my daughter like the food very much, thus we booked the daily breakfast. The room price is also acceptable. Some hotel staffs were helpful and could speak little English, but some of them were not kind and they even ignore the request of their guests. When I checked into the hotel, the receptionist asked me to wait, and I waited for almost 2 hours. I think they should make improvement of the reception service. Anyway, the hotel should be recommended.
