My family and I enjoy our visit to Hangzhou and staying at the Radisson. There was a little problem on my bill whcih I discover upon check out.

The hotel has charged me an extra bed costing Rmb250, which we did not used it. After my query, this was rectified and a refund of Rmb250 was given to me.

Beside the above, overall I am happy with your services and will continue to use your website for my future travelling plans.
