I had a visit to the picturesque Hangzhou City and my stat at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Hangzhou made me satisfactory. The exterior of the hotel looks majestic and extraordinary. The guestroom is clean and comfortable, and the staff of the hotel provided me an attentive service. As a leading hotel in the world, it offers unbeatable service and a great variety of food catering for different people. I believe I will stay at the hotel next time when I go to Hangzhou.

My family and I enjoy our visit to Hangzhou and staying at the Radisson. There was a little problem on my bill whcih I discover upon check out.

The hotel has charged me an extra bed costing Rmb250, which we did not used it. After my query, this was rectified and a refund of Rmb250 was given to me.

Beside the above, overall I am happy with your services and will continue to use your website for my future travelling plans.
