I stayed in this hotel in Feb, 2008. And there is no doubt I was very satisfied with the hotel service, both the hardware and the software are very standard. The location is good, just in the city center and enjoys easy transportation. Surroundings are great, close to big shopping mall and other restaurants with delicious and varied Chinese food. The room price is reasonable, not so expensive. And the room facilities are modern and work well. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. For hotel staffs, they are very kind and helpful, the front desk staff is professional and courteous. I would like to recommend this hotel. Best regards. The building was in a major intersection, location was great, but it was a little noisy and busy outside. During my staying, I got a very nice room with tasteful decor and all the modern conveniences. The restaurant in the hotel where we had our daily breakfast was also very western, but it served mostly Chinese breakfast, so you'll still know where you are. Personnel was lacking English skills, knew after Shanghai and Guangzhou -in those cities hotel personnel was speaking english just fine. Overall, I will come back again.
