The location of the hotel is handy, close to shopping malls in Hunan Road , Food Street (in XijiQuao) and subway station. The room we stayed was on the club floor. The room was clean and tidy. I found that the reception staff didn't understand English very well so it was a little hard to get them to understand what I was requesting. But overall, it is worth to the cost, I will stay in this hotel in my next trip to Nanjing. Recommend that you take the "D" Bullet Train as it halves the traveling time from Shanghai. First, the booking of the hotel through the TCG Booking Center was done in a brisk, response from the staff was quite prompt. Only one thing needed a consideration though. I remembered that while applying for the hotel, I had to confirm the booking of the room by faxing a confirmation back to the center within 8 hours after availability of the room. This given time could be too little for customers to react as sometimes it would take longer time for a customer to check his/her email and reply within 8 hours, especially at night. In any case, overall performance of the booking center is quite good and quite efficient. Second, my stay in Ramada Plaza Nanjing was quite satisfying. The staffs to each posts there are quite polite and professionals. Especially the waitresses in the restaurants at the 3rd floor, who deserve great compliments in their attitudes, politeness and service. On a whole, this hotel has performed quite well in my view, and I would certainly stay in this hotel again for my next visit in Nanjing. I hope that this information would be useful to you.
