The service was only acceptable. I was disappointed by the service in rapport to the cost. The room was standard, not any luxury for about 130EUR. Breakfast is good with lot of choice for Asian and Western taste.
However booking service of TCG was excellent and our reservation went well.

A good hotel badly maintained. The room was large and light, but it was also very moist. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is located near a casino, which means that on the weekends you may encounter noisy tourist crowds from the mainland. The outside facilities (pool, garden) looked very nice, but we didn't use it. Not recommended for Westerners with children.
Concerning the TCG Booking Center: A reliable and quick service.

1. We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is good, helpful reception & front desk, friendly service and spacious room and bathroom. Old but nice hotel! The swimming pool was nice but the water was a little cold during our stay. Everything was good except that the staff's English capabilities were limited. The hotel was an ideal place for couples and families. I would consider staying again with my family next time.
2. Hotel booking experience with TCG is rather pleasant. We will definitely use your service next time if we visit China. Thank you very much.

Regency Hotel is a very beautiful hotel in Macau. I stayed in this hotel for two days for my business in Macau. I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and Macau port, the transportation is very convenient. The hotel is also near to the city center. Good location.
The hotel room is also very clean and spacious; the room I stayed has the panoramic views of Macau city across the Taipa Bridge. Food in the hotel is very delicious and varied.
Regency Hotel is a ideal accommodation in Macau - Highly recommended.
