God, my worst experience!
I paid RMB 675 for a frozen room with broken heating system (5 star hotels?), when I complained, I was told there is no heating in this hotel (5 stars?). Charged me RMB 300 for my Japanese food, which I never finished as I was asked to leave the restaurant, 20 min before closing time, staff wanted to clean and close.
I have just one question, who the F gave this hotel five stars.

All was ok, even if we had some problem with the room quality. In fact when our guest will arrive firstly they was located in some old rooms and suite. They wasn’t so nice and above all too much in old condition. By the way after they changed flat and so they get some new room very nice and comfortable.
