-Staff service: I was disappointed by the reception for checked-in that night .I had made my reservation through TCG for the check-in time 23:00-1:00. The reality when I had checked-in 23:30 but the reception was surprised for the booking however, she tried to find the room for me and I had to wait about 45 mins. to get room that pretty bad.(1/5)
-Food: n/a
Overall rating :(2/5) It is only good to transit for taking early flight and inbound lately on the night.

About Vienna Airport Hotel, Shenzhen, location is very good, 3 mnts away from SZX airport and the free shuttle service is great in both directions from to hotel / AP room was ok. Internet ok, bathroom very good, hot water available for my coffee, also complimentary water. nice room and not small .... all over it is a good hotel value for money .

Booking through TCG was very good, easy and real.

I took the shuttle bus from SZX Airport to the hotel. I did not see any bus stop, but a friendly airport staff called the hotel. The bus arrived within 5 minutes, right outside the arrival hall.

The facilities are basic. The room was clean (a wooden floor and not a filthy carpet!).
Everything was in working order (A/C, shower, lights etc.).

Staff were friendly and efficient; One front desk staff spoke good English.

The surrounding is nothing spectacular, an area with lots of warehouses of airfreight companies. The proximity to the airport and value for money are the main attraction of the hotel.

The restaurant, which is accessible from the hotel, served good local food at a reasonable price.

Regards to the Vienna Airport Hotel, Shenzhen I stayed: definitely 3 stars. Not clean, but good if you only wish to rough it out for a night to catch an early flight.

The hotel has an awesome decor and the bed is kinda hard, but I am very pleased with the facilities except the noise from outside. Apparently, the building next door has worker performing their duties all through the night. loading and unloading of cargo of sort. The noise is loud enough to disturb my sleep.

The aircon don鈥檛 seem to be cool enough and mosquito bites over my body. I feel tired after the night rest.

I actually got in quite late and the room reserved for me was given to other guest. However, the hotel offered me a slightly smaller room at very reasonable rate.
