TCG Booking Service: Booking hotel is the most important part when we plan to make a trip, especially when we have to take the family along with us, but I was no doubt and really surprise when I made a booking hotel through TCG Booking, it was excellent, prompt response, room rate was very favorable, very much different compare to when we make our own booking.

Okay please publish my review as it is a reality, I have no doubt at all just go ahead.

The service of the TCG Booking Service to arrange the hotel in Yangshuo was excellent. Very responsive in finding a superb alternative (quality and price) to our first choice that was fully booked, very fast responding to my e-mails and providing very detailed information on the hotel.

The booking was quick and efficient. The only suggestion I would make would be to remind those customers who intend to pay by cash when they check in, that in addition to the cost of the lodging, a deposit of a few hundred RMB will be held for the payment of various amenities for purchase in the room itself (internet, drinks, condoms, etc), which will be returned to the customer at check-out, minus the extra expenses, if any.

I am very please with the TCG booking service. I found the web page is quite user friendly as it easy to use & get the hotel room. What I like the most is that I only need to pay upon reaching the hotel. When I arrived, my reservation was on record and the room is waiting for me.
