Booking through TCG booking center are quite easy and user-friendly. Although there are location map provided to the hotel, I would like to suggest providing 'overall map' and 'detail map' to the hotel. Overall map is to see where the hotel located in the city. Detail map is to see exact location including the street name and building name.

TCG is my favorite hotel and travel service in China. They always respond quickly to my reservation requests and provide all the information I need to arrive and check in at my hotel efficiently. If I have to change my plans at the last minute or cancel my reservation, TCG will handle the communication with the hotel for me and I don't have to worry about it. Keep up the good work and I look forward to using your service again!

The booking through TCG has been easy and efficient - great service - everything worked perfectly. Not sure whether it has been possible to book a pick up from the train station upon our arrival. Having that service would be great! It is also probably worth mentioning at the site that there is a regular shuttle bus to the airport from the nearby Melody hotel which is much cheaper than the taxi. Guess there is one from the airport to the city too.

Among everything, I most impress with the services of TCG. First I travel with a tour, but I decide to stay longer for 4 days. I did a on-the-job-guide, taking my cousin to some nice place where the tour didn't take us to. And finally end up sending them home and I stay for 2 more nights. At that time I'm in such hurry and I don't have times to find any available hotels. Luckily I contact with TCG first, and they're very helpful. The staff could find me a better place, within my very limited conditions, with the right price. Thks for TCG that time. I don't miss anything on the trip.
