Though not luxurious, the room was comfortable, well serviced and had everything you could need. Staff is pleasant - the reception staff has limited English, but will call the manager who speaks good English if necessary. Recommend this hotel as providing very good value for money.

She helped us to make the cancellation in Days Inn without spending more money; she got us plane tickets with just some hours of anticipation and she even called us to be quicker. Although we had made many changes and some cancellations to our bookings, TCG's staff had at all times been very understanding and patient with us, so much so that we felt quite bad at times for making all the changes. The staffs were always very polite and prompt in their responses to us.

There were a couple of occasions we had to telephone TCG when we were in China. We spoke to a number of its staff. It was really nice to be able to easily communicate with them without any problems, and our requests were attended to immediately.

I would also like to commend TCG for using an excellent tracking system, which I think other travel agents don't use. Well done, TCG! If I could rate TCG's service from 1 to 10, I would give a 10

There was a slight glitch with check in. Our English language paperwork and confirmation clearly showed 2 Riverview king rooms and 1 twin room in our reservation for 6 people. They only had 1 twin room and 1 king room for us. This took a few moments to settle -- luckily we had Chinese speaking friends with us who could discuss it. They gave us another room facing the pool and river which was lovely.
