The booking service was great, we got emails very quickly and it was so simple to do. We were very satisfied and would use it again.

TCG provides a very efficient booking service, with prompt replies to my booking queries.

We reserved through TravelChinaGuide and it worked well (6 rooms). I would recommend using them again (and will do so). Much better than calling on the phone. The hotel had our rooms ready when we arrived.

TCG booking center: Worked very well, you were always quick to respond to any enquiry prior to leaving. Should we go to China again we would not hesitate to use your services should it be needed.

Using TCG to book has been really useful, but it requires time. If you have the urgency to book a room in 10 minutes, maybe it is not so appropriated, since you can not book your hotel directly from the internet site, but you have to send a request to them and they in 12 hours will reply. Anyway it is a good site.

As for TravelChinaGuide's service, it was very good. The operator was very patient and cooperative and understanding even if I needed to make numerous changes. The night shift operator was also kind enough to assist me for last minute bookings.
