During a 3 weeks trip across China I used the services of TCG to book hotels in 4 different locations and I received perfect service. They even once called me on my mobile suggesting booking a different room because they knew we were 3 people and the room I booked was not suitable. All just perfect - thx. guys !

I would stay there again any time and I wish TCG had more GreenTree Inns in their offerings. Also for those who require it: the Internet connection there was the fastest I ever experienced in my live - amazing !!

I am totally satisfied with TCG from booking all the way to airport pickup, etc. Staff respond are fast and efficient, I cannot find or suggest a better way for any improvements. And I will surely use your service again in the future.

The booking service was good, and as Shenzhen is so close to Hong Kong, staff that has a better command of English would be useful. This could be done in English lessons specific to questions and concerns non Chinese speaking persons may have.

Travel China Guide was terrific! I had numerous questions and problems trying to complete the reservations for flight and room. EVERY email I sent was replied to within hours and in clear English. Even during my trip, after TCG had completed their service, when I discovered an error in my passport number (my mistake, I think) on the flight reservation, they fixed it with the airline in a matter of hours. I'm eager to work with TCG again.
