I am very happy with the service rendered by TCG for my recent trip to Shenzhen and staying at the Royalty Hotel at Fumin Lu. Everything went accordingly to schedule and plan and there is little to complain with TCG service. However, I shall give some comment on the hotel though. Most part of it was good with some exceptions...

The booking system with TCG was very user friendly and the confirmation reply was very prompt. I really like the part where it allows the user to print out the Name and the address of the hotel in Chinese so that user can show to taxi driver.

Hello, its Rocha I am very happy with my stay in China, I was little afraid about my trip cause I just came alone and I find the Travelchinaguide website and I did all my hotels reservation by them, even my inside China flights, they book me up for everything, they take care about my air tickets and hotel booking.

- Very useful links not only for flights but also for trains
- Very good prices compared to other travel-agencies
- Very good service after the internet-booking including extra-information via email or phone-calls in case of probable misunderstandings. I saved a bunch of Yuan as I had booked the Suzhou-tour twice, which was then changed by TCG and they asked via phone about the language of the guided tour.
