I have booked through TCG for the first time & hence was not very sure about the arrangements. But I was wrong, all the arrangements were just perfect.
I got the very good impression for the Sakura Hotel in Kunming. This is my second times to stay there. I reserved the superior single room. The room is very tidy, spacious and air conditioner worked well. Front desk staffs is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are also delicious. No doubt that Sakura Hotel is located in the most exclusive and convenience location. By taxi to the airport only takes 20 minutes.
I became the member of the TCG since 2006. All the times I travel to China with no consideration to use TCG. Since most travel consultants at TCG are very fluent in English, efficiency and extremely nice to answer my inquiry and undertake my reservation. When I travel to China in the future, I definitely use the premier TCG services.
Please noted that not all travel consultants in China able to communicate in English. By contrast, TCG travel consultants are all high educated, honest, solid experience, and speak very well in English.

Yes, I found Sakura Hotel, Kunming relatively good and satisfactory for the rates charged in general. Stuff service was generally good, not the best nor the worst I'd experienced in hotels of this size and costs. The tour service and coffee bar were very useful, and services there good. Keep the good work up.
