Just that you should know:

The staff in the hotel (hotel room service boys for example: They should take showers!! They smell so bad, it's incredible I have never seen that before, and trust me I've been to a lot of places! It's not your fault, it's theirs, but I just don't believe they don't know that.

Also, the phones in the room have never been washed. The phone machine themselves smell so bad, the odour is very strong. Thousands of people have taken the phone to their mouth and ear. And the room service never thought of cleaning the phone so it smells wrong. Very.

Finally, we ordered salmon on Saturday, but their was no salmon at all in the hotel (when it was written on the menu: assortment of 3 salmons. and they couldn't explain why.. They just forgot to buy some! And there was not many tourists in the place, so it's strange to run out of food..

Apart from that there was a typhoon for 3 days, but this is not your fault either.

The beach near the hotel is green and polluted. We had to travel for one hour before to find a blue water beach, like on the pictures.

We couldn't take the limousine service to The End of The Earth (unavailable) and the cocktail that they offer at the entrance is bottled orange juice with grenadine!!!

Finally, the car service from the airport to the hotel costs 100 yuan, but the hotel is just near the airport. By take we paid 15 yuan!! That's a big difference!

Dear madam, we were informed by the hotel staff that the limousine service between hotel and The End of The Earth should be informed to the hotel one day in advance for the arrangement. Hope for your better notice.

As for the charge of the airport pickup service, we were told by them that the charge for the service is CNY100 indeed. A few of hotels in China provide airport pickup service, however, the charge will always much higher than that you hail a taxi in the street. Therefore, travelers are suggested to take a taxi instead of using the service. Hope for your better understanding.

The extremely helpful, attentive and friendly staff, amazing standard and variety of food and the level of facilities all around the hotel were first class and could not be faulted in any way. The beach front location is ideal for anyone who wants a excellent hotel with a fab pool area right on the beach.. Anyone that has booked to stay at this hotel will not be disappointed, we are certain you will be impressed. We would like to say a big thank you to the manager Uwe and all of his staff for making this an excellent holiday and a never to be forgotten experience. It's worth paying the extra bit for the beautiful sea views
