 It was a nice place with a good seaview. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony.
The breakfast buffet was very good.
The many stairs are not so bad.
It was a pity, that we couldn't use the pool.
Booking with travelchinaguide is excellent, uncomplicated and sure and very fast, so we will use this way the next time again. Thank you very much.

they have issues against black people.. i am black and i was being called names in chinese which i dont understand.. the staff were laughing all the time when they saw me and my wife.. bad bad

Yes, we stayed in Sanya Royal Garden Resort for 10 days, instead of 15, as we have planned.
The reason that we changed hotell, was because of of all the staircases down/ up to/ from the beach - and for us, too fare away from the beach ?the Da Dong beach was also dirty.
"The wester`n breakfast" in the hotel was very limited in the westeren way.The hotel personell was very kind, but we had big problemes to communicate with them because of their minimal English kowledge.
This is mainly the reason that we changed hotel the 5 last days. We moved to Holiday Inn Hotell, Sanya Beach.

I am glad that you want to follow up on the hotel's you represent.
I checked out early because the room was very poor quality, the hotel did not have any ice for the guests.I will not recomend this hotel to any people that I know.

Hello, the bookingcentre was reallty gooed. Staff very helpful when I asked questions, and called me to arrange a pick up from the airport.
The hotel was nice and in a good location. The sataff didn't speak very good English but they were friendly. The room had a great view but no way near as nice as on the photos on the website. The overall impression was very good.Thank you!

I am really satisfied with your service. Everything worked out really fast and booking was easy.Royal Garden Resort was really marvellous hotel. The staff was wonderful, and everything went fine.The only problem was the lack of english speaking people, but everything worked out fine in the end. Service was good, no bad comments. One thing I want to mention, that the pool water was really dirty.
And although there was a sign, to use the shower before entering the pool, no other visitors did that. So my experience was great and I will totally recommend your services and this hotel to my friends.

Hello from Finland!
Thank you for your co-operation. We were pleased with yout service and Royal Garden resort hotel in Sanya was nice and the service was friendly. The only problem in Sanya was lack of english speaking personnel. We liked the hotel but maybe it is good to mention that there a lot of steps you have to climb up. We took it as excercise so we did not mind it.
So now when I am back at work I have only good memories about my holiday.

We are satisfied with your service very much - not only were you efficient, you were helpful and expedient. Above all you were extremely courteous in your transactions.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly (although little English was spoken). However, check-in took over an hour and check-out took even longer, and it was an incredibly frustrating process. Breakfast was limited as we had pre-urchased breakfast coupons, i would advise future travellers not to do this as it is of no benefit. Better breakfasts were available for the price of our prepaid coupons but we had to stick to a preset menu to use the coupons - the menu was a strange mix - ie American breakfast was fried eggs and congee! Peanut butter featured in the tuna sandwiches as well as the ham and egg sandwiches - which was interesting! Non of the rooms had baths which was a surprise (we have a small child and a bath is somewhat of a prerequisite). Whilst dinner at the hotel took a long time to arrive, the food was good when it did. Over-ridingly we had a good time and a wonderful experience, the staff could not have been more helpful - even tho most communication was done via gesturing!
