The hotel is well situated from the airport and suits overnight travelers. The shuttle is a very big plus for the hotel and the customers. However, there was a communication problem as most personnel could not speak English properly. I suggest that there must be at least one or two persons available to service international customers. There is lack of choice at the restaurant for dinner. All food available was Chinese with no options for international food or vegetarian food. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were flies around. The toaster did not work properly.
TCG booking service is very good and professional and reliable.

Hotel is very close to Pudong airport, has free shuttle bus every 30 min. Clean rooms, very good value for one night stay before catching the next flight form Pudnog airport.

Perfectly acceptable accommodation, comfortable bed, hot shower etc. - five minutes from Pudong International Airport by free shuttle bus every half-hour - very reasonable rate (about 30 a night if booked in advance through TravelChinaGuide Service) - breakfasts are Chinese style and OK - I have stayed here twice and have no complaints.
