My experience in this Hotel was more than my expectations, as i reached late due to delay of my Flight from Wenzhou and still booking was intact. I spent two nights. Friendly staff and at front office communication was easy as staff was speaking good enough English to explain and understanding. I found this 4 star hotel better than many 5 star hotels in few places. I will be defiantly staying next time in the same hotel as it is close to Airport. Only problem far away from Shanghai city. Dear Ms.Lena Qian Here are my comments: I and my husband stayed in SAT Hotel Pudong Airport Branch 4 times. It's near the airport so it's very convenience for us to stay there and then transfer to other places in China. The facilities are new; the service of staff is good. Only thing that i don't like is the TV, it seems that every time an airplane pass, the TV program stopped for few seconds, Pudong airport is a crowded airport so it happened every 10 minutes!!! But it's not a big problem, I will book this hotel again when i come to Shanghai!!! I satisfy with the service of TCG booking center and its staff, it is very easy, fast and good. I'm sure that i will use TCG services again when i travel to China in coming months. Best regards, Do Le Hong Chau
