The hotel is close to Metro Line 4 and 8, so the transportation is convenient.
Both hotel decoration and service is good. Rooms are spacious. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you TCG for speedy & prompt services when I called to request for extra room nights + details of hotel. I will recommend you to my friends coming to China. Thanks again!

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! 1. We requested a wake up call for a 7:30 train trip to the west lake , I woke up to a phone call from the tour guide asking where we were. WE didn’t get the 5AM wake up call. We rushed to the meeting place without showering, no make up nothing! We just put our clothes on and and left or else we will miss the train.

2. We came back past 10PM , in our rush that morning the plastic room card broke when it was inserted in the slot, it also turns the lights on so that morning there was no light , thank God we didn’t have time to take showers or we would everything in the dark. When we told the desk clerk we broke the door key she VEHEMENTLY refused to issue us another door key unless we pay an extra $5.00, NOBODY spoke a work of English, it was very difficult to express what we wanted to say, everything was in sign language, we were so tired and wanted to get back to the room and get our sleep we just gave them the $5.00. They pointed out that it was in the invoice that if the door key was lost, stolen or broken we have to pay %5.00, Obviously they know that this card is VERY BREAKABLE , made of cheap plastic and that’s one way of getting more bucks.

3. Our last day was the only chance we had to use the "free" breakfast. so we did , I chose the gruel lo and behold there was a strand of hair floating in the broth , DISGUSTING!

4. After the so called free breakfast we proceeded to check out, about 4-5 people showed up including the housekeeper, they accused us of tampering the 2 oz bottle of whatever that was in the mini bar in the room, they took turns examining the bottle. WE were so frustrated signing that WE DIDNT TOUCH IT< WE WERE NOT THERE ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT< WE WERE AT BEIJING A NIGHT AND 2 DAYS we don’t have time to even drink their water. I was afraid that we will miss our flight because of the delay. I went out the door, my daughter finished up; she won’t tell me what they charged. We were just happy to get out

The corridor interior of the hotel has a refined design. There is a lobby within each floor. Nice atmosphere. The room is spacious and very modern in design. Near to MRT XiChang Road-convenient place to town. A good hotel to stay.

The Hundred Centuries Hotel was a big dissapointment, as the heating system was broken down at the time we arrived, and the hotel stuff was of no help to solve this situation. Notwithstanding the fact that we arrived at the hotel late in the evening (about 7 o'clock), at 8 we had to check out and change it for another one. Even though, the heating break down was totally a responsibility of the hotel, we even had to pay a 1 night fee for that 1 hour that we spent in the freezing cold place.

Complete waste of money and disgrace.

Kind Regards,
Ahmet Kologlu.

Great hotel! The hotel is located in the city center, near by the Yu gardern. It only takes 15 minutes by drive from Hongqiao airport to the hotel.

I booked this hotel through TCG booking service. I would like to say this hotel was indeed worth to its cost (CNY538.00 per night). From the lobby to the room, it was well appointed with stylish modern style. Staffs were very friendly and polite. Especially, the bell boy is very helpful. After we got off the taxi, they helped us to take the luggage actively.

Room was very spacious and clean. Internet access is equipped in the room, which is very convenient for the business man. Highly recommended hotel!
