Hi, Lena - I am pleased to see an email from you - I am now back in Canada and I will not be able to use your services for a while. I am willing to offer few comments which are typed below. I am very satisfied with you services and will always recommend it to other travellers. Your timely responses to reservation requests were always welcome and helped me to plan my trips well. Shanghai Jing An Hotel where I stayed in April 2008 is definitely a recommended place for any traveller seeking comfortable hotel, close to shopping and transportation (subway) to downtown area. Hotel staff is friendly and able to speak English. Rooms are clean, with updated furniture and well appointed bathrooms. Regards - Tomasz Pietraszek (Canada)
