Shanghai Marriot Hotel Hongqiao:
Service - not so impressive for an international 5 star
a. long wait for meals at restaurants due to lack of crowd
b. poor taxi service when getting out of hotel - no proper help to queue
c. main reception - took 20 mins to check in because many customers but only 1 girl on duty
2. TCG booking - as usual, the service is more than excellent, congratulations.

First time at this hotel. Really enjoyed this stay as well. The big corner room have a large sitting area and separate Shower. I love this hotel.

I stayed there on a business trip a few days ago. It's conveniently located near the airport. The Sunday Brunch is one of the best ones. The staff was always on point with directions or lending a helping hand. I'll definitely stay here next time.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip in August. It's easy commute to Hongqiao airport and plenty of taxis to downtown.

The location was perfect for me, it was not on the Bund or downtown, but more to the west side of the city. There is a Starbucks opposite the hotel. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and kindly.
