Over the last 4 years I have stayed at the Ramada Plaza at Nanjing Rd. approx. 15 times. I have tryed other hotels in Shanghai, but seem to go back to the Ramada. Staff, service and food are of a high and reliable standard. The hotels location is great. Reported problems are usually promptly attended and rectified. Will be back at the Ramada in three days time. The services at TCG Booking Center was super efficient. You all handle all queries and requests promptly. Hotel Ramada Plaza's location was convenient as we were just a stone throw to the famous Nanjing Lu. Easy to get around. In terms of facility and staff service, we would rate it as good. We definitely will use TCG Booking Center again, should we planned for another holiday in China. The service was prompt and the communications comprehensive and courteous. We had no problems with our bookings. I would definitely use your service again. The Shanghai Ramada Plaza was an excellent choice. Our rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay such a pleasure. We ate at three restaurants and found the food and service of the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. I have recommended the hotel to other friends who intend to visit Shanghai and I will definitely be using that hotel again, hopefully next year. The hotel's situation on Nanjing road was superb. We found Shanghai to be such a sophisticated, exciting city with so much to offer that a week was not enough.
