As for the Shanshui Fashion Hotel (Huafa), this is what you called economic hotel, the furnitures are colorful, but the room size is not very spacious. The breakfast is very simple. The carpet on the corridor is odorous. But the service is fine. This is not complaint, but to be honest, I? not very satisfied with this hotel. Guest Name : Margaret J. As for the hotel in Huafa, I booked the hotel and stayed for two times, both hotels are even the same, clean room, well-mannered hotels staff, and good location. I have no complaint for this hotel. Services from the Shanshui Fashion Hotel were up to my expectations. I must mention specially that their front desk Managers were wonderful & extremely helpful. The Palm Terrace Lounge for dining was unique by itself. However, I must warn that for those who are going to the airport must arrange for their transport pick-up much earlier if they are to travel during the peak hours of between 5-8pm. The transport I arranged through the hotel travel agent did not turn up. The only excuse given was ?the vehicle was caught in a traffic jam. I was lucky to have an efficient Front Desk Manager & Bell Boy from the hotel who managed to get us a taxi for us to reach the airport in time. I cannot remember their names but they were on duty at 6.30pm on 26-9-2006. A big thank you to them from me & my colleague for their great service rendered to us. The location of the hotel is great for those food lovers. There are a least 80 restaurants around the hotel serving all kinds of Chinese dishes.
