For Shan Shui Trends Hotel in Shenzen...seems not so convenient.
Next room, when open up the water tape or take shower, my room can hear. So, I was get awake from the noise of the water tap flow from next room in the early morning. A part from that, as breakfast is complimentary, food there is nice but no place to sit cause too crowded, some more the food is not enough. Furthermore not enough glass/plate/fork/spoon... quite disappointed with this hotel...

Shenzhen Shanshui Trends Hotel in Luohu District is a clean and nice hotel. It is quite central located and walking distance to the Light Rail Transit. The hotel staff were very helpful to your enquiry on location of places you wanted to go but they do not know the best way to go there. The front office staff were only be able to speak Mandarin.
Overall I think Shanshui Trends Hotel in Luohu is good to stay at the price of 290/ remenbi plus a breakfast.
I will be going back to Shenzhen very soon.

Regarding the hotel, the location is good, very close to Hong Kong border, ie Luo Hu main railway, metro and bus station. The hotel provide free shuttle to and from Luo Hu every 15 minutes until 11.30pm, though the shuttle waiting point at Luo Hu is not easy to identify at the very first time. The room is clean and satisfied.
