1) Yes, I was satisfied with your service. There was no compliant at all about the booking. Everything worked smoothly. Thank you for your good service. 2) Shanshui Hotel was okay for me. The location was not that good as on the advertisement, a little bit far from the center of the town. As ZQ was not a big city and the taxi fee is cheap, it was not a big problem for me. Hotel rooms were quite new and clean and the facilities were modern. Bathroom was quite small and the water pressure was low. Breakfast was Chinese style and the selection was limit. Considering its cheap price & good surrounding, I would like to stay here again next time. Besides that Shanshui Fashion Hotel is so warmly, we have nothing to complain about their service or facility. There is a small problem that we make booking of A Deluxe Queen Room but when checking in that kind of rooms is full, so the hotel changed to another type. However it is not a big problem.
