I am satisfied with TCG Booking Center. But as for the hotel, i am only satisfied with location. Not satisfied with: - staff service (we came to hotel and hotel did not have our reservation when we show them our voucher; we waited one hour to get rooms and we must called by our self to TCG as hotel did not have our reservation. - Staff service at check out (check out for 4 rooms took 45 minutes) - Hotel facility (breakfast is poor, not enough choices of different dishes) - Hotel facility (massage is not massage, is low quality and very dirty place where they offer other services, not real massage; massage employees are not skilled to make massage) - Surrounding (whole night there was noise from the street as directly in front of the hotel there were some construction works, started at 10.00 p.m.!!): Guest Name:ANDREJ HRIBARNationality : Slovenia Updated:2007-10-26
