 Dear TCG staffs, thank you for your great service. I was very satisfied with your booking service, very efficient and easy, I got prompt reply from very time. I will definitely use your service again in the upcoming trip in China.
The hotel is a good accommodation in Chengde, the hotel location is very good - easy transportation. Hotel room is comfortable and clean enough, the hotel staffs are helpful and courteous, some hotels staffs speak decent English, so that was no problem for the communication. In all, the hotel offered good service. I would like to stay in the hotel again.

Room was big but stunk terribly. Felt like living in a basement. Breakfast for westerns is un-eatable. But location is good. And nobody really speaks english.
