This hotel is in the city center, next to the city hall. It took me 30-minute by taxi from the airport. Big lobby small room. The room and facility are a little old, but there is shopping center in the hotel, which is quite convenient.

The Shenhua International Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone staying in Baotou. It deserves the 5 stars, and has an excellent staff and the quality of the room was very good. There were not many extra charges, the internet was complimentary and so was the water too. You cannot beat the price for the quality of service and room.
I would recommend to anyone the Shenhua International Hotel if theyare staying in Baotou.

Shenhua International Hotel is a five star hotel in Baotou, the hotel is beautifully decorated. The hotel room is very clean and spacious; also the room rate is reasonable. The facilities in the room are very modern and work very well. The staffs in the hotel are very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel. I would like to highly recommend this hotel and TCG booking service to all travelers.

Good value! We stayed for two weeks recently on business. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well equipped, with a great housekeeping staff who is available on each floor 24 hours. A bit downtrodden, but quite livable. The aforementioned breakfast buffet is wonderful...both eastern and western offerings. Gets three solid stars from me!

Everything was very nice except for breakfast coupons. There were 2 of us, my wife and I. This was indicated on my reservation request but the hotel issued only 1 breakfast coupon which didn't make sense. Does this mean that only 1 person could have breakfast? The hotel took care of the problem; they gave us a 2nd coupon for each day we were there. However, if 2 people are booked in a room, 2 breakfast coupons should be available.
