This hotel does NOT cater to American or European guests. It is very difficult to communicate with the staff, and the restaurant buffet and menu items are basically all Chinese oriented. If you want Western food, you will not want to eat at this hotel restaurant. Also, it is very difficult to reconcile the invoice upon checkout. With little or no communication by the staff, there appears to be hidden charges that cannot be identified.
