Your service is great. I have no complaint about this. I stayed at Sheraton for 2 nights in June. The location is excellent, just a few minutes to the Star ferry and to the shopping center in Kowloon. The lobby is fabulous and the receptionists were very courteous and helpful. The room is small but in US standard. The bathroom was well decorated and the hotel used famous brand shampoo, soap. Breakfast was okey and the dim sum was great that I have experienced. Thanks! We would love to stay in this hotel again.
