Hello, dear TCG staff, We are pleased to share our stay in the Sheraton Jiuzhaigou Resort. The hotel location is superb and within about 15 minutes walk, you can arrive at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, an excellent tourist attraction. The hotel is rather beautiful set up by the magnificent surroundings. The hotel staff is rather efficient and helpful and they offer professional service as a real five star hotel. The guestroom is comfortable and clean. Some Chinese Cuisine in the restaurant taste good. There are also some deficiencies of the hotel. The facilities of the hotel were behind from that of the major cities. The television is out of fashion and the water in the bathroom was a little cold. There is less food for choosing. As for your booking service, we are grateful for your help. Your response is prompt and your service is perfect. Eddie Updated : 2008-5-9 Dear Jolin Yang we had a great time in Jiuzhaigou, it is really a marvellous place and the management of the valley is very professional, great respect and care for the environment, we were very impressed by what we saw there, for sure the best we've seen in China so far. 1- About the TCG Booking Center, I am very satisfied, the answer by e-mail is really quick and what was reserved to us corresponded to what we had asked (I must say that often I have been disappointed with other booking services in China), this was also the best I've had in China. 2- We were very satisfied with staff and the service at the Sheraton Jiuzhaigou Resort, very well managed hotel, extremelly polite and kind people. One comment: I really think Sheraton should have a swimming pool with a view to the marvellous mountains around. The way the pool is today, underground, one doesn't feel like staying there too long, it's not pleasant. Also it should have some good Jiacuzzi. Sincerely speaking, if I knew about the Paradise Hotel, which we visited when we were there, I'd prefer much more to stay there. Thank you for the good service you provided.
